Revision Policy
Lucky Lal LLC offers unlimited revisions in accordance with your selected package. Clients can request revisions as per their package without incurring additional fees. However, the design and concept will remain the same, and revisions may only be applied to one of the provided options. Revisions on multiple options are either not permitted or may incur additional charges.
Typical revision turnaround times are:
Logo & Website Design: 48–72 hours
Video Animations: 3–5 days
Software, Apps, Games: Varies depending on scope
Functionality & Development: Varies depending on scope
Digital Marketing Strategy: Varies based on research, mediums, budget, and plan size
New Order Turnaround Time
Turnaround time refers to the period in which your design concepts are delivered to your account after your package purchase.
Logos: 24–48 hours for new orders (48+ hours for packages with 4 or more concepts)
Website Design (home/index, revamps): Minimum 48 hours after confirmation & brief submission
Website Development (5–7 page static site): 3–5 business days
Orders placed on Friday or Saturday begin processing on Monday
Illustrative Logos: First concept within 48–72 hours
Teamwork (Project Management)
Lucky Lal LLC uses the Teamwork platform for project management. Upon signing a project with us, you will receive an invitation to the Teamwork portal. After accepting and setting a password, you can communicate directly with your assigned project manager.

Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the delivered mockups, with no deductions for admin or overhead fees. Refunds may take up to 21 business days to process.
Refunds are not applicable in these cases:
Revisions have started based on your feedback
Designs are based on explicit ideas or recreations of existing designs provided by you
You fail to use the Account Area to respond or provide feedback
Orders placed by design firms or on behalf of another entity
Additional design concepts requested beyond your package
Marketing services (PPC, SEO, SMO, content writing, etc.)—non-refundable
Missed response deadlines (10 days per design/revision)
Change of mind or non-service-related disputes
Services such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, Web Hosting
Lucky Lal LLC reserves the right to reject or cancel any project. After a refund, all design rights revert to Lucky Lal LLC.

Content Policy
Clients must provide all content (images, text, headings, etc.) for websites and resumes. For e-commerce sites, we will provide 10–30 sample products, and the client must supply all product details.
